Chopping Mall, for what it's worth, has not one but three perfect taglines:

"Chopping Mall: Where shopping can cost you an arm and a leg."

"Chopping Mall: Where they slash their prices... and their customers!"

"Chopping Mall: Shop til you drop... dead!"
