That's such a classic shot. I'm looking at the photo very closely to see if Michael will eventually spring from the bushes. I'm still looking at it...still looking...Okay, nothing is happening. Hey Stacie, I thought you would have at leated created some wonderful little animated Micheal effect with this one! ;-)

Wow--good one! It's kind of amazing to me that such a benign image can actually be soooo creepy! Michael Myers is very scary. Thanks, Stacy!

I've been to that street! The Shape-hiding hedge seems to have been altered by time though...

NICE. I would have instantly recognized that, too, if you hadn't named the film. Love those hedges.

shots like this one is why i like this film so much. the atmosphere carpenter created out of streets and trees is just fantastic. am i wrong or is this a POV shot and the shape is going to appear in 2 seconds?

I meant to write 'at least', not 'at leated'...damn typo lol.

It's beautiful frame. A testament to Carpenter's skill with widescreen.

Of course now have Rob Zombie's club-footed, shortbus-style of horror directing, where quality visual compositions are superceded by half-assed cameos and white-trash vulgarity.

F@ck that hack. He has absolutely no clue what he is doing or why.
